Chuckie Finster
In every crowd there's a worrywart, and among the Rugrats it's Charles Finster, Jr. Tommy's best friend Chuckie is a likable two-year old scaredy-cat who sees monsters in every closet and worries about a hundred ways things can go wrong.
A fraidy-cat with a stuffy nose (he calls Tommy "Tobby"), Chuckie's head is filled with fears. And why not? Life is scary! As the Rugrats' voice of caution, Chuckie's got a tough job. Tommy's bravery can get a little unrealistic sometimes, and what would happen if Chuckie weren't around to warn everybody of the dangers of... well, everything? Even though Chuckie's more careful than he needs to be, he still joins the babies on their missions against mysterious enemies like clowns, robots and monsters. He also helps them fight their most ferocious foe: Angelica. Chuckie's afraid of everything, and he never thinks "this is a very good idea!" But we love him anyway. |
